This Refund Policy ("Policy") forms an integral part of and should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By availing our services and making a payment, you explicitly agree to the terms outlined herein.
Study MBBS ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides educational consultancy services through https://www.studymbbs.education/, including university selection, application processing, documentation review, visa guidance, and related career counseling.
All fees paid to us are categorized as follows:
Once a student registers and our service process is initiated—defined as the commencement of document review, university communication, or any application work—you acknowledge that we deploy immediate and significant resources. As such, all consultancy/service fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, including cancellations due to change of mind, personal circumstances, or securing a seat elsewhere.
This principle is standard across the industry for counseling and processing services, where fees are tied to time and expertise rather than a guaranteed outcome.
We have carved out a clear exception to ensure fairness when our core mandate is not fulfilled. A refund of the consultancy fee will be issued under the following specific scenarios:
If we fail to secure a provisional Admission or Invitation Letter from a university for which we explicitly processed your application, you may be eligible for a full refund, provided:
✓ In this specific instance of a confirmed service failure on our part, 100% of the Consultancy Fee paid will be refunded.
In the event you inadvertently make a duplicate payment for the same service, the excess transaction amount will be refunded after internal verification, with processing typically taking 7–10 business days from the date of confirmation. Payment gateway charges are non-refundable in such cases.
In exceptional situations such as natural disasters, political unrest in the host country, or severe personal emergencies supported by valid documentation, we may review and offer a partial refund or credit note on a case-by-case basis. Any such resolution is at the sole discretion of the Company.

ℹ Upon receipt of a valid request with complete documentation, we will review it expeditiously and notify you of the decision. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days and will be credited to the original payer using the original mode of payment.
This Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and compliant with Indian legal principles. Blanket "no-refund" clauses have been held unenforceable by Consumer Forums where the service provider is at fault. Our policy clearly distinguishes between service failure on our part (Section 3.1) and user withdrawal or external factors (Section 4).
We do not guarantee admission or visa approval, and all final decisions rest with the respective universities and government authorities. Our role is to act as a facilitator on a best-effort basis.
